Integrated loudness around −16 LUFS, true peaks tamed to around −1.5 dBFS, room tone evened (your pauses are kept), and only the cuts you mark applied. One mastered mono MP3 comes back.
Caption files for the full episode
An .srt and a .vtt, timed to the mastered MP3 we deliver (after your marked cuts), with the same readability rules on every cue: 1 to 7 seconds, max 2 lines, max 42 characters per line, 20 characters per second or slower. Names and terms are spelled the way you list them in the order form.

After you pay:
1. You land on a short order form (it’s also linked in your confirmation email from hello@trylumegrid.com).
2. Paste a link to your finished, mixed audio (MP3, WAV or M4A on Drive, Dropbox, or any download link). Add the video version too if you want the clips cut from video.
3. Optional: exact timestamps to cut, timestamps you want clipped, your show name for audio-only clip backgrounds, and any tricky names for the captions.
What happens next: we match your order to your payment and fetch your files. The 48-hour clock starts once a clean, playable file is in hand (if your link doesn’t work, we’ll tell you and the clock waits). The mastered MP3, caption files and clips arrive by email as a download link.

Finishing, not a studio rebuild.
This pack takes an episode that’s already recorded and mixed and gets it ready to publish and promote. It won’t repair bad audio or add effects.
Never promised:
- Noise repair. Noisy, clipped or damaged audio stays that way. If it needs repair, we’ll tell you rather than fake it.
- Multitrack mixing. Send one mixed file, not separate tracks.
- Stereo output. The master is mono.
- Views or virality. We pick strong moments, but we can’t promise how any platform will treat them.
- Face tracking or effects. Video is center-cropped or shown full-width. No B-roll, music beds or animated graphics.
- Non-English. Our caption pipeline is built for English only.
- Posting. We deliver files. We don’t log in to or post on your accounts.
You must own the episode or have the rights to edit and clip it.

What do I need to send?
One finished, mixed audio file of the episode (MP3, WAV or M4A), up to 60 minutes. If you recorded video, send that link too and we’ll cut the clips from the video. Otherwise the clips use a clean branded background with your show name and a level meter.
Who picks the clip moments?
We do by default: we read the full transcript and choose moments that stand alone without context. If you already know which parts you want, send timestamps on the order form.
Will you remove ums, long pauses or background noise?
No. We apply only the cuts you mark with timestamps. Filler-word removal, automatic pause shortening and noise repair aren’t part of this service.
What are the caption files for?
Upload the .srt or .vtt alongside the mastered episode we deliver, on YouTube or any player that accepts caption files. They’re timed to that mastered MP3 (after your marked cuts) and paced to be readable, so publish the mastered file we send.
What if I need changes?
One mastering revision is included: level, your marked cuts, or correction of our error. One clip revision round is also included: caption text errors or a clip you’d like re-cut from a different moment, if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. If we can’t fetch or use your file and you’d rather not send another, we refund the $29 in full.
