Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service for voiceover.lumegrid.ai. LumeGrid is a trade name of Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“LumeGrid,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@trylumegrid.com.

Content we won’t produce

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or threatening, or that sexualizes minors.
• Political persuasion, election content or deceptive content, including audio meant to make listeners think a real person said something they didn’t.
• Requests to clone, imitate or sound like a specific real person’s voice.
• Material you don’t have the rights to, such as someone else’s book, show or video.

AI audio labels

• Some platforms and distributors restrict AI-narrated audio or require a label. You are responsible for following the rules of wherever you publish.

Lead Lists

• Lead Lists are US B2B only, built from public business contact information. Use them in line with the CAN-SPAM Act and any other law that applies: accurate sender details and subject lines, your valid postal address in every commercial email, a working opt-out and prompt handling of opt-out requests.
• Don’t use a list for consumer marketing, harassment or anything unlawful, and don’t resell it as a standalone data product.
• Anyone who wants their business contact removed from our research can email hello@trylumegrid.com.

If something breaks this policy

We can decline or stop the order and refund any work not yet delivered. Tell us at hello@trylumegrid.com if you see something on our services that breaks it.
