How it works
- Order and pay upfront — pick standard (48h) or rush (24h). One finished audio hour ≈ 8,700 words; set the quantity to your script's length.
- Send your script — we email you a short intake form: script file, voice pick, pronunciation notes for names and terms, delivery format.
- Approve the free 500-word sample — hear your script in the narrator's voice before the full run. Don't love it? Pick another voice. If no voice works for you, full refund.
- Receive studio audio — WAV + MP3 plus the QA verification report. The SLA clock starts when your final script and payment are both in.
Voices
Professional stock voices, male and female — deep male narration, female narration, plus a supporting cast for dialogue-heavy work. You approve the voice on the free sample before we render the full order.
What we never do
Clone a real person's voice. No voice matching from audio samples, no celebrity sound-alikes, no exceptions. We also decline political persuasion and deceptive content. Stock voices, legitimate work, full stop.

Rush (24h) available on orders up to 4 finished hours. Miss the standard SLA and you get a full refund; miss a rush deadline and the rush fee comes back at minimum. Client-side script changes after delivery are billed at the re-render rate — the intake form spells it out.

- Is this really AI? Will it sound robotic?
- Yes, it's AI narration — we're upfront about that. What you're buying isn't a human performance, it's verified accuracy at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the wait. Judge the voice yourself on the free 500-word sample before you commit to anything.
- How do you count a finished hour?
- Roughly 8,700 English words of narration ≈ 1 finished hour. We verify the word count from your script at intake: overpaid hours get refunded, underpaid hours get a balance invoice before the full run. You never pay for hours you didn't use.
- What if I don't like any of the voices?
- Then we shouldn't work together. After the sample round, if no voice works for you, full refund — no hard feelings, no cancellation fee.
- What do you need from me?
- The final script (Word, Markdown, or text), your voice pick, pronunciation notes for names/brands/terms, and your delivery format. That's the whole intake form — five minutes.
- Who owns the finished audio?
- You do, outright. We keep working files for 90 days in case you need a re-render, then delete them. We never train models on your script and never reuse your text.
- Can you clone my voice / a famous voice?
- No. Ever. Not for any price.
- What if you miss the deadline?
- Full refund if we miss the standard SLA. Partial refund if we miss a rush deadline (the rush fee comes back at minimum). The SLA clock starts when your final script and payment are both in — not before.
