The plan covers new episodes of one show published during that month; back-catalog episodes and additional shows aren’t included (email us for those). It renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime online: use Manage or cancel plan on your private clips page (we email you a 6-digit code first), or sign in to Stripe’s billing page with your checkout email. It stops the next renewal; the current month isn’t prorated or refunded. Episode over 90 minutes? It still comes in: we reply with a quote before starting, and nothing extra is charged unless you agree.

Right after checkout, you land on a page that confirms your plan and asks for one thing: the link to your show (Apple Podcasts, RSS or YouTube). It takes about a minute. We also email you, so you can finish later.
- Paste your show link. We check it as you type and tell you where to find it if you’re not sure.
- Get your private clips page. The link shows on screen and comes by email. Bookmark it: no password needed.
- New episodes turn into clips on their own. Each one is ready within 3 hours of going live. Upload an episode early on your page and the clips are ready at release.

This service does one thing: turns a finished episode into short vertical clips with accurate, readable captions. It won’t fix audio or add effects.
Never promised:
- Views or virality. We pick strong moments, but we can’t promise how any platform will treat them.
- Face tracking. Video is center-cropped or shown full-width, not reframed shot by shot.
- Audio repair. Noisy or clipped audio stays that way.
- Non-English captions. Captions are English only for now.
- Effects. No B-roll, stock footage, music beds, emojis or animated graphics.
- Posting. We deliver files. We don’t log in to or post on your accounts.

What do I get for $20 a month?
3 vertical clips with burned-in captions from every new episode of one show. Each clip is 30 to 60 seconds, a 1080 × 1920 MP4 with a matching SRT file. Weekly or daily, it’s the same $20.
How fast are the clips ready?
Within 3 hours of each episode going live. Upload an episode on your private clips page at least 3 hours before release and the clips are ready when it goes live.
How do you pick up new episodes?
Automatically, from the show link you give us after checkout. We watch your Apple Podcasts, RSS or YouTube link around the clock and start the clips as soon as a new episode appears. You don’t have to send anything.
Can I send an episode before it’s public?
Yes. Your private clips page has an upload box: add the file, an unlisted YouTube link, or a Drive or Dropbox link at least 3 hours before release. We match it to the public episode, so it’s only clipped once.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime. Use Manage or cancel plan on your private clips page (we email you a 6-digit code first), or sign in to Stripe’s billing page with your checkout email. Canceling stops the next renewal. The current month isn’t refunded, and episodes from it are still delivered.
What if I don’t like a clip?
Tell us within 7 days and we redo it. Every episode includes one revision round: a caption fix, or a clip re-cut from a different moment. Write to hello@trylumegrid.com with the episode and what to change.
Who picks the moments?
We do, unless you tell us. We read the full transcript and pick moments that make sense on their own. Want specific parts? Leave timestamps in the notes on your private page.
My show is audio only. Does that work?
Yes. Audio-only clips get a clean branded background with your show name, a level meter and the captions, like the sample above.
How is my video framed for vertical?
Center-cropped to 9:16. If a crop would cut someone off, the full frame sits on a branded background instead. There’s no automatic face tracking.
How accurate are the captions?
Timing comes from the audio, word by word. Names and jargon are where speech recognition slips, so list tricky names in the notes on your private page.
Can I get captions in another language?
No. Podcast Clips is English only for now.
My episode is longer than 90 minutes.
