Refund Policy

LumeGrid is a trade name of Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“LumeGrid,” “we,” “us”). For our full terms, see the Terms of Service, Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy.

AI Voiceover ($10 short script, $29 per finished hour, or $19/$49 a month)

• Every order is due on the delivery date shown on your order confirmation (we book voiceover by daily capacity). One-off orders: if we miss that date, you get a full refund. Monthly plans: see the proportional refund below. Your delivery date is set when your final script and payment are both in, and shown on your order confirmation. If we can’t confirm it automatically, your confirmation says the date is pending and no delivery clock starts until we email you a confirmed date. Want your dates before paying? Email hello@trylumegrid.com with your word count and we’ll confirm your start and delivery date first, no payment taken. If the date on your confirmation doesn’t work for you, tell us before work starts and we refund you in full.
• Monthly plans ($19 and $49): If we miss the delivery date on your confirmation for an order, tell us and we’ll refund that order’s share of your month. That share is your monthly price × the late order’s finished minutes ÷ your plan’s monthly minutes (60 or 240), e.g. a 30-minute order on the $49 plan = $6.13.
• We count your script’s words at intake. If you overpaid for hours, we refund the difference.
• If you flag a misread after delivery, we compare the audio with your script and give you one free re-render pass.

Free voiceover sample

Want to hear it before you pay? Get a free sample: send up to 150 words of your script, pick a voice, and get it back narrated and mastered within 24 hours. There’s no payment, so there’s nothing to refund.

Paid pilots bought before October 18, 2026

Our $5 voiceover pilot was retired on October 18, 2026, and is no longer sold. If you bought one before then, its promises still apply:

• If we missed the 6-hour deadline (counted from the confirmed start on your order confirmation, or from the confirmed start we emailed you), you get your pilot payment back in full and keep the audio.
• If the voice didn’t suit your material, you get one free voice swap and re-render within 14 days.
• If no stock voice works for you at all, you get your pilot payment back in full.

Podcast Polish

• Your first episode is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• One revision is included per order. It covers mastering level, your marked cuts, or correcting our errors.
• The $29 monthly plan renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime: sign in to Stripe’s billing page with your checkout email, or email hello@trylumegrid.com. Canceling stops the next renewal; the current month isn’t prorated or refunded.

Lead Lists

• One revision round is included: if a row fails the verification standard and you tell us within 7 days of delivery, we fix or replace it.

Briefing (white-label podcast)

• Your first week is free on any plan, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• Inquiry only right now: Briefing has no checkout at the moment; email hello@trylumegrid.com and we’ll tell you when a spot opens.
• Weekly, Daily and Daily+ are monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime by emailing hello@trylumegrid.com and they stop at the end of the paid month.

Podcast Clips

• One revision round per submitted episode: caption text errors or a clip you’d like re-cut from a different moment, if you tell us within 7 days of that episode’s delivery.
• If we can’t fetch or use an episode file and you’d rather not send another, we skip that episode (the monthly fee isn’t refunded).
• The $20 monthly plan renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime: choose Manage or cancel plan on your private clips page (we email you a 6-digit code first), or sign in to Stripe’s billing page with your checkout email. Canceling stops the next renewal; the current month isn’t prorated or refunded.
• Episodes over 90 minutes aren’t covered by the plan: we email you before starting, the monthly fee isn’t refunded or credited for it, and nothing extra is charged unless you agree to a separate quote.

Podcast Launch Pack

• One mastering revision per order: mastering level, your marked cuts, or correcting our errors.
• One clip revision round per order: caption text errors or a clip you’d like re-cut from a different moment, if you tell us within 7 days of delivery.
• If we can’t fetch or use your file and you’d rather not send another, we refund the $29 in full.
• Episodes over 60 minutes: we’ll email you before starting to offer a partial refund or a scoped quote.

Captions

• Your first video (up to 15 minutes) is captioned free, so you can judge the quality before paying.
• The $19 monthly plan renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime: sign in to Stripe’s billing page with your checkout email, or email hello@trylumegrid.com. Canceling stops the next renewal; the current month isn’t prorated or refunded.

Funeral Case Pack

• Your first case is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• Corrections before you approve are free.
• If we can’t deliver a paid case, we refund what you paid for that case.
• The $129 monthly plan: cancel anytime by signing in to Stripe’s billing page with your checkout email, or by emailing hello@trylumegrid.com. The plan stops at the end of the month you paid for.

MinutesDesk

• Your first meeting is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• If we can’t deliver a draft, you’re refunded.

DisputeKit ($9 done-for-you packet)

• The do-it-yourself packet builder is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• If we miss the 1 business day turnaround after your files arrive, you get your $9 back and we still send the packet.
• If we can’t deliver before your dispute response deadline, or there is nothing to argue in your dispute, we refund the $9 in full.

FirstRing greeting pack

• One revision round is included in every pack: different pacing, emphasis, or wording.
• Every greeting reads your approved script word for word, and any misread is re-recorded free.

How to ask

Email hello@trylumegrid.com from the address you ordered with and tell us what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
