Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms cover voiceover.lumegrid.ai and the services sold on it: AI Voiceover, Captions, Podcast Polish, Podcast Clips, the Podcast Launch Pack, Lead Lists, the FirstRing greeting pack order forms, and the Briefing podcast (inquiry only). LumeGrid is a trade name of Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“LumeGrid,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@trylumegrid.com. By placing an order or using a free tool on this site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. What we sell

The service page as it was when you ordered defines what your order includes.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the service page and at checkout. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. One-time orders are charged when you check out. Monthly plans are charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month until you cancel; see the Subscription Terms.

If what you send is larger than what you paid for, we tell you before starting and nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

3. Delivery and turnaround

Turnaround times are the ones stated on each service page and on your order confirmation. The clock starts when both your payment and the materials we need (script, file, video link or brief) have arrived.

We deliver by email or download link. If something outside our control delays your order, we tell you as soon as we know.

4. AI-assisted production

Voiceover and Briefing audio is generated with AI text-to-speech voices and is not performed by a human narrator. Captions, Podcast Polish, Podcast Clips and the Launch Pack use AI-assisted transcription and audio and video tools. We never clone or imitate a real person’s voice. Some platforms and distributors restrict AI-narrated audio or require a label; you are responsible for following the rules of wherever you publish.

5. Your materials

You may send us scripts, audio and video files or links, pronunciation notes, lead-list briefs and exclusion lists. You confirm you have the right to share them with us and that they are lawful.

You give us permission to use your materials only to produce, deliver and support your order. We don’t sell your materials, use them in our marketing without your written permission, or use them to train AI models.

6. Who owns the work

Once your order is paid, you own the finished deliverables we make for you and can use them for your own business. You keep all rights to the materials you send us. We keep the rights to our own templates, tools and know-how.

7. Service scope

Each service page lists what is included and what is not (for example, Podcast Polish doesn’t include noise repair or multitrack mixing, and Lead Lists don’t include mailbox or deliverability checks).

If the materials you send are larger than what you paid for (for example, more words or minutes), we send a balance invoice before starting. If you overpaid for voiceover hours, we refund the difference.

Pilot Narration was retired on October 18, 2026; these terms still apply to earlier Pilot Narration orders. Briefing (white-label podcast) is inquiry only right now, and Briefing retainers are also governed by the retainer agreement.

8. Voices

Stock AI voices are standard. Custom voice design is available on request at no extra charge: you describe the voice, we design it and confirm it with you before the full run. We never clone or imitate a real person’s voice.

9. Lead Lists

Lead Lists are US B2B only, built from public business contact information, preferring role addresses (such as info@ or hello@) and official contact forms over named personal emails. We verify that a contact is publicly published by the business. We don’t verify mailboxes or promise deliverability.

You are responsible for how you use a list, including compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and the rules in our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We can decline or stop an order that breaks it and refund any work not yet delivered.

11. Refunds and cancellation

Our refund promises are on the Refund Policy page. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Podcast Clips cancels online anytime with the Manage or cancel plan button on your private clips page (after a 6-digit code we email you) or in our billing portal; other monthly plans cancel by email. See the Subscription Terms.

12. Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, please email us first at hello@trylumegrid.com so we can fix it quickly. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we may pause open work on your order while it is reviewed, and we will share the order records needed to respond with Stripe and your card issuer. If a dispute is decided in your favor, we won’t charge you again for that order.

13. No guarantees beyond these terms

We don’t promise any audience, download, ranking, reply or sales result from what we deliver.

Except for the promises on our service pages, these terms and our Refund Policy, the service is provided as is, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

15. Your responsibilities

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover losses and reasonable costs we face from third-party claims caused by materials you send us or by how you use the deliverables.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute we can’t resolve by email will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you placed an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.
